Independent Appraisal Reports
The second phase of our defense-related services involves an independent analysis of damages.
In many instances, our initial critique of the report of plaintiff’s economic expert reveals substantial shortcomings that, when corrected, would result in a significantly lower economic value of the underlying claims. Under such circumstances, many attorneys ask that we communicate this information in a written report that provides our “bottom line” value of the damages in the case.
