• Class Action Suit
  In December 2005, Dr. Tinari completed a comprehensive analysis of damages to consumers in a major class action case.
  

• Household Services Research
  A short article entitled "A Note on 'Household Services: Toward a More Comprehensive Measurement," authored by Dr. Tinari was published in the Journal of Forensic Economics, 17(3), Fall 2004 (published December 2005), pp. 383-385. This article is an extension and elaboration of an earlier piece published in the JFE on household services measurement.
  

• Brain Damage Case
  Dr. Tinari offered damages testimony on December 8, 2005, in the Valentini v. Ford Motor trial, in Newark, NJ. This was a product liability suit by a woman who suffered brain damage in a rollover crash. On December 23rd, a federal jury returned a $20.5 million verdict.
  

• Bear Hunt Statistics
  On behalf of several litigants attempting to stop or delay a scheduled bear hunt in November 2005, Dr. Tinari was asked to undertake an analysis of available statistics of the bear population in New Jersey.
