Retaining the Services of the Economic Experts at Tinari Economics Group
Why retain Tinari Economics Group?
-
EXPERIENCE - Put a highly-respected, knowledgeable, experienced team to work for your client. Our experts are among the elite in the field of Forensic Economics, with Dr. Frank Tinari serving as President of the National Association of Forensic
Economics (2005-2006). Our experts' dedication to their chosen field is evident by the level of research projects presented at national and international conferences and the number of articles published annually.
Doesn't your client deserve the benefit of recent research and new knowledge in economic loss analysis?

-
CREDIBLITY - With over 700 trial
and deposition appearances, our experts provide concise
testimony based on the written analysis prepared on your
client's behalf. Because of our consistent approach to
the valuation of damages in both plaintiff and defense
matters, we minimize the risk of a successful cross examination
which could severely affect damages in your case.
Why risk the economic value of your case by retaining
a less credible plaintiff economic expert or defense economic
expert?

-
RESPONSIVENESS - With offices in New York City and New Jersey we are readily accessible. To expedite the fact-finding process we stand ready to meet with your client in person at your office or ours.
Our team of economic experts is responsive to your questions during the completion of our work and continuing through our expert trial testimony, if needed.
Shouldn't you benefit from the accessibility we offer at
TEG?

-
QUALITY - Our professional work product is clearly written and easy to understand. We believe that each individual matter must be evaluated on an independent basis. This approach leads to a thorough analysis of the economic consequences associated with a specific event.
Wouldn't you prefer to have all damages aspects evaluated and quantified in a comprehensive approach?
How to retain the Tinari Economics Group
The process of retaining our services is simple. First, we encourage attorneys to contact our office to discuss the specifics of their case by taking advantage of our gratis telephone consultation.
To assist you in deciding to retain our services, we provide you with an engagement letter that
quotes a fee (usually a range) for the assignment. Copies of our
expert's
Qualifications Profile, the appropriate
Fact-Finding Questionnaire, and our Professional Fees Schedule
are included. For most assignments, we request a retainer of $2,500 prior to beginning
the assignment.
Upon our receipt of the completed Fact-Finding Questionnaire and requested documentation we will contact your office to discuss any additional information that may be needed. We stand ready to speak or meet with your client to obtain information. A completed appraisal report is typically provided within
three to four weeks. Should a report be needed sooner, for an
additional fee we will work on an expedited basis.
